A fax costs $4.99 for up to 30 pages. Every page after 30 costs $0.20. A downloadable Proof of Transmission is available for an additional $1.99.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No. ThirtyFax is a one-time fax service. You do not need to create an account or start a subscription.
Which document types can I fax?
You can upload PDF, JPG, and PNG files. One fax can contain up to 20 files, 200 pages, and 20 MB total.
Is ThirtyFax HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Faxes are transmitted over encrypted connections and handled under HIPAA safeguards, so you can send protected health information such as medical records, lab results, and referrals.
How will I know if my fax was delivered?
We email you a private status link and delivery updates. The status page shows preparation, dialing, sending, and final delivery.
What happens if delivery fails?
If the fax provider reports that delivery failed, ThirtyFax automatically refunds your full payment.
What is a Proof of Transmission?
It is a downloadable PDF receipt showing successful delivery, the delivery time, destination fax number, page count, and provider reference.
