5. Subscriptions and Billing

ThirtyFax offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with at least 14 days' notice for existing subscribers.

If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ThirtyFax — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to ThirtyFax and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant ThirtyFax a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the relevant claim, or (b) $100 USD.
