1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any part of the ThirtyFax platform — including our web application or blog — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

ThirtyFax provides one-time online fax transmission and a publicly accessible blog with articles and guides related to faxing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

3. No Account Required

You do not need an account or password to send a fax. You agree to:

• Provide a valid recipient fax number and email address.
• Keep your private fax-status link confidential.
• Use the service only for transmissions you are authorized to send.

We may block transactions involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ThirtyFax in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
• Using the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious code.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from our platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service.

5. One-Time Payments and Refunds

Each fax is a one-time purchase. The displayed total is based on page count and optional Proof of Transmission. There are no recurring subscription charges.

If our fax provider reports that delivery failed, we automatically refund the full transaction. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

Pricing may change for future transactions. The total shown before payment controls your current purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ThirtyFax — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to ThirtyFax and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant ThirtyFax a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

7. Blog Content

Our blog is provided for informational purposes only. The views expressed in blog posts represent the opinions of their authors and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. ThirtyFax makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of blog content.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or tools. These integrations are provided for convenience only. ThirtyFax is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThirtyFax and its officers, employees, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the relevant claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThirtyFax and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ThirtyFax after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
